2. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by UK VisaPathway Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Scope of Services

We provide advisory, document support, and consultancy services for:

  • UK immigration (e.g. Innovator Founder Visa, Global Business Mobility)
  • UK university applications and student visa support

Our services do not constitute legal advice and we are not a law firm. We provide general immigration guidance based on published information, policy updates, and professional experience. Responsibility for decisions made by third parties such as UKVI, universities, or endorsement bodies lies with them alone.

4. Client Eligibility and Responsibility

To use our services, clients must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation
  • Respond to communication and requests in a timely manner

We are not liable for application failures due to:

  • False, misleading, or incomplete documents
  • Missed deadlines by the client
  • Undisclosed immigration history
  • Third-party actions or decisions (e.g. UKVI refusal, CAS delays)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for dishonesty, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

5. Service Delivery

Services begin upon receipt of payment. We provide:

  • Visa guidance and document preparation
  • Business plan and endorsement support
  • University/course selection and visa documentation review

We do not guarantee visa approvals, admission offers, or endorsements.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Payments via bank transfer, secure link, or invoice
  • Full or part payment required before service starts
  • Invoices must be paid within 5 working days unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payment may lead to suspension or termination of services

7. Refund Policy

Immigration Services

  • 50% refund if endorsement body rejects business plan (full payment must have been made)
  • No refund for rejections due to client error or ineligibility
  • Up to three endorsement or visa attempts under one agreement, if policy allows

Education Services

  • No refunds after university or visa application submission
  • No refund if CAS fails due to client delay or ineligibility
  • Refunds only if rejection was UK VisaPathway Ltd’s fault

General

  • No refund once work has started
  • No refund for completed tasks (e.g. consultation)
  • All refund decisions are final and at the discretion of UK VisaPathway Ltd

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of income or opportunities
  • Emotional or reputational harm
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Refusals due to client documentation or non-disclosure

Our maximum liability is the total fee paid for the affected service.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We only share client data when necessary or legally required.

Clients can request data access or deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and materials from UK VisaPathway Ltd remain our intellectual property.

Clients may only use these for their personal applications. Reuse or resale is prohibited without permission.

11. Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel in writing, but no refunds apply after work has begun.

We may cancel for breach, non-payment, or unethical behaviour. If cancelled by us (except due to misconduct), unused fees will be refunded.

12. Dispute Resolution

Please email us at info@visapathwayuk.co.uk with any complaints.

If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales and handled in UK courts.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, war, or internet outages.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance.
